Consisting of a traditional warehousing area storing printing materials and paper together with a printing and binding document production facility and fronted by 2 floors of air-conditioned offices and meeting areas.
Together with the central plant areas, the project involved the close-control systems required in order to maintain optimum conditions for both paper storage and for the printing processes.
Works involved heating, VRV air-conditioning, ventilation, humidification, dehumidification, domestic hot & cold water, gas service, close-control system, above slab drainage, water treatment and chlorination.
