A Design and Build project for a phased refurbishment of an existing building to include new modular condensing boiler plant, low surface temperature radiators and the associated CT & VT heating pipework. Hot & cold water services, above slab soil & waste and general extract ventilation are also included. A bespoke Trend control system allows remote monitoring of systems.
The 2nd Phase is a new wing incorporating underfloor heating and domestic water services with ventilation being achieved by the use of standard extract fans in association with windcatcher sunpipes.
