The complete refurbishment of the central plantroom including heating and hot water plant. As a hospice, it is essential that all services, including Summer heating, are maintained without loss and with minimal shutdowns. For this reason, a temporary oil-fired hot water generator is to be installed together with associated oil storage tank and connected to the existing system via flanged hoses.
Heating boilers and circulating pumps are to be replaced in a phased manner complete with gas supply and flue modifications in order to maintain services.
The project also includes all associated builderswork, electrical works and control system modifications.
