The installation of 9No. separate systems of comfort air conditioning over the full 6
floors to enable the building to be let on a multi-tenanted basis should the owner so
wish. Works include the installation of cassette units within a solid ceiling with limited
void space and for the installation of all main power circuits from a new metered
distribution board in the basement together with sub-circuits from existing boards.
Works also include servicing the existing mechanical installations, testing of the existing
heating system, full heat load exercise and final Landlords Certification.
